Earlier this year, my book Programming Entity Framework was published by O'Reilly Media.

Microsoft continues to evolve this technology and there are a lot of enhancements and additions in the version coming with VS2010 and .NET 4.0, so I continue to delve into this technology.You can start looking at these changes yourself by grabbing Visual Studio 2010 Beta 1 (free download) on MSDN.

I am currently writing the 2nd edition of Programming Entity Framework which will be available in Rough Cuts form later this year and in print in early 2010.

To help folks working with the current version, I will be doing a (free) live webcast this Thursday, August 27th at 1pm EST for O'Reilly Media.
